Description
Epzen Magnesium Bath Crystals Sleep is a 900 g pack of magnesium sulphate bath crystals blended with seven essential oils: mandarin, cedarwood, lemon, lavender, lavandin, bergamot and Roman chamomile. The result is a soft citrus and floral scent over a warm cedarwood base, just right for a slow evening bath. Scoop two cups into a steamy bath or one cup for a foot soak; please note it is not suitable during pregnancy.

Suitable for: Adults who are not pregnant and who want a bath salt scented with citrus, lavender and cedarwood oils.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone who is pregnant, as the pack warns; broken or damaged skin, as the pack advises; anyone sensitive to plants in the daisy family, since the blend includes Roman chamomile; anyone sensitive to citrus peel oils, lavender or cedarwood; and the eyes.

Suggested Use
Scoop 2 cups into a steamy bath or 1 cup for a foot soak. Stay in the bath for about 20 minutes.
