Direct Health Alkamag is a magnesium alkalising powder in a 110 g tub. It is a practitioner-only product, made up in soda water as directed.
Product Strengths
- Magnesium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide in one powder.
- Each 1.5 g serve gives magnesium 390 mg from the carbonate and magnesium 63 mg from the hydroxide.
- Made up as a magnesium drink: 1/2 level teaspoon in 2 litres of soda water.
- A practitioner-only product.
- One 110 g tub.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults using a practitioner-only magnesium alkalising powder.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients.
Ingredients
Per 1.5 g serve: magnesium carbonate 1.35 g (equivalent to magnesium 390 mg and carbonate 960 mg) and magnesium hydroxide 0.15 g (equivalent to magnesium 63 mg and hydroxide 87 mg).

Suggested Use
Add 1/2 level teaspoon (equiv 1.5g) to 2 litres of Soda Water. Close lid tightly. Leave solution to clear, then degas. Drink a minimum of 600 ml per day.

- Magnesium Hydroxide 0.15 gm (equiv.magnesium 63 mg) (equiv.hydroxide 87 mg)
suggested dose
Directions: Add 1/2 level teaspoon (equiv 1.5g) to 2 litres of Soda Water. Close lid tightly. Leave solution to clear, then degas by releasing all carbon dioxide (C02).
Drink a minimum of 600 ml per day as part of the daily 2 litres of water recommended by health authorities.
To be taken on empty stomach, odourless & tasteless, mixes well with drinks.
