Muesli & Granola
What is the difference between muesli and granola?
Muesli and granola share the same base of rolled oats, grains, nuts, seeds and dried fruit, but granola is baked until it's golden and crunchy. You soak muesli in milk or yoghurt, so pick soft or crunchy to suit your breakfast.

Is Muesli & Granola right for you?
Common questions
What's the difference between muesli and granola?
Muesli is raw or lightly toasted oats, grains, nuts, seeds and dried fruit, made to eat with milk or yoghurt. Granola is the same kind of mix, baked with added oil and something sweet until it turns crunchy and forms clusters. They start with the same ingredients but are made differently, which is why granola packs usually list more oil and sugar than muesli.
Is muesli or granola gluten free?
Not usually. Most muesli and granola is made mainly from rolled oats, which contain gluten of their own even before any wheat or barley is added. If you need it gluten free, look for a gluten-free claim on the label rather than going by the ingredients list alone.
