Description
MELROSE Ignite Keto Chocolate is a thin style 100 g block from the Melrose Ignite range, made on cocoa mass and cocoa butter and sweetened with erythritol and stevia instead of sugar, with polydextrose as its soluble fibre. The block comes in four flavours: Roasted Almond Milk Chocolate, Creamy Milk, Rich Dark and Salted Caramel. Break off a square or two after dinner or with coffee when you want chocolate and keep your carbohydrate intake low.
Product Strengths
- A block for people eating a low carbohydrate or ketogenic diet.
- Snaps into squares for an after dinner or with coffee moment rather than a whole block at once.
- Sweetened with erythritol and stevia in place of sugar.
- Cocoa mass and cocoa butter as the base, in a thin style block.
- 2.4 g of carbohydrate per serve in the Creamy Milk block.
- Made in Roasted Almond Milk Chocolate, Creamy Milk, Rich Dark and Salted Caramel.
Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: A low carbohydrate or ketogenic way of eating.
Not suitable for: Anyone allergic to milk, and anyone who reacts to polyols; Vegans, because it contains a dairy ingredient.
Suggested Use
Break off a serve and eat it as it is, or chop it into squares over yoghurt or berries. The serve size is marked on the pack.

Is Almonds right for you?
Common questions
What's the difference between almond meal and almond flour?
Meal is usually ground with the skins left on, so it's coarser and flecked brown. Flour is normally made from blanched almonds with the skins removed, so it's finer and paler. Recipes often use the names interchangeably, and either works in most baking. Check the pack if the colour or texture of what you're making matters to you.
Are almonds regulated as a medicine in Australia?
Almond is on the permitted ingredients list for listed medicines (item 476), where it's used as an inactive ingredient (excipient). But almonds sold as food, whether whole or as meal, butter, oil or milk, come under food standards law instead, not medicine rules. We couldn't find a permitted health claim specific to almonds.
