Description
Simply Organic Garlic Powder is dried garlic, ground fine, in a generous 103 g jar, with garlic as its single ingredient. The powder disperses evenly and will not catch and burn the way fresh garlic does in a dry rub or a long bake. Use it in rubs, marinades, dressings and breads, and anywhere you want garlic flavour right through a dish rather than in pieces.
