Spectrumceuticals Buffered Magnesium Glycinate brings together two forms of magnesium, magnesium glycinate dihydrate and heavy magnesium oxide, in one vegetarian hard capsule. The pack holds 120 capsules, taken daily with water as set out on the label.
Product Strengths
- Two magnesium forms in one capsule: magnesium glycinate dihydrate and heavy magnesium oxide.
- 100 mg of total magnesium a capsule: 49.44 mg from the glycinate and 50.56 mg from the heavy magnesium oxide.
- 120 vegetarian hard capsules.
- Taken daily with water, as set out on the label.

Suggested Use
Adults: take 2-4 capsules daily, with water, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Cost Per Serve
At $48.00 for 120 capsules, that is about $0.40 a capsule, or about $0.80 to $1.60 a day across the label's 2 to 4 capsule dose.

Warnings
Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose for magnesium, which may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
The same warning attaches at these daily total magnesium amounts: 65 mg or more for children aged between 1 and 3 years (inclusive); 110 mg or more for children aged between 4 and 8 years (inclusive); and 350 mg or more for individuals aged 9 years or older.
At the label's maximum of 4 capsules a day, the daily dose gives 400 mg of total magnesium, which is above the 350 mg amount named above.
