What is in the Healthy Llama collection?

Five 42g dark chocolates, each listed with Peruvian single origin organic cacao nibs and organic coconut sugar. The flavours are Maca, Camu Camu, Lucuma, Coffee Lucuma and Coffee Lucuma and Chilli. What goes into each flavour?

The ingredient lists on the product pages are short. Every flavour contains cacao nibs, coconut sugar and cacao butter. Maca, camu camu and lucuma are each listed at 9.1 percent in their own flavours. The two coffee flavours list roasted coffee bean and lucuma powder at around 4.5 percent each, and the chilli flavour adds organic chilli at 1.6 percent. No milk ingredient is listed, but the pages carry an allergen warning that the chocolate was made using machinery that may contain traces of milk or nuts.

What does organic mean on the label?

The product names and ingredient lists say organic, and the pages do not name a certifier. The Australian Government notes that organic certification is not mandatory for product sold within Australia, and that a business labelling a product as certified organic must ensure it actually is.
