goodMix Information
Who makes goodMix?
goodMix is a Queensland health food company. CSIRO's case study says it was founded in 2012 by naturopath Jeanie McClymont. The brand describes its range as functional food blends from a naturopath's kitchen, with certified organic ingredients used where possible.
What is in the range?
Blend 11 is a wholefood breakfast booster of chia seeds, almonds, pepitas, coconut, buckwheat, flaxseed, sesame seeds, goji berries, raw cacao nibs, puffed amaranth and puffed millet, sold in 400 g and 800 g packs. Bliss Ball Mix is a vegan protein ball premix of cashews, dates, apricots, raw cacao, pea protein, almond meal, maca and mesquite. Greens + Aloe is a greens powder of spirulina, chlorella, barley grass and aloe vera inner-leaf gel.
What does Monash low FODMAP certification involve?
The Blend 11 product page states that a serve is certified low FODMAP by Monash University. Monash says it can only guarantee that a product meets its low FODMAP criteria when samples are laboratory tested. The certified serve is the one stated on the pack.
Blend 11 contains almonds and sesame, Bliss Ball Mix contains tree nuts and Greens + Aloe contains barley, so read the allergen statement before you buy. Browse more greens supplements or vegan products, or ask the team in a free 10-minute online consultation.
