SFI Health Meno Soothe is a hard capsule carrying a single active, a saffron extract standardised from Crocus sativus stigma at 14 mg per capsule, equivalent to 42 mg of dried saffron stigma. At the two capsule dose that is 28 mg of extract a day, and the bottle of 60 capsules is a 30 day supply. The capsule shell is hypromellose. It is used to calm the mind, to soothe and calm the nerves, to help maintain and support emotional wellbeing and general mental wellbeing, to support healthy emotional and mood balance, to decrease, reduce or relieve symptoms of stress and symptoms of mild anxiety, to relieve weariness, tiredness, fatigue and feeling of weakness, to improve sleep quality, and to decrease, reduce or relieve symptoms of menopause and the moodiness and mood swings associated with it. It is a daily saffron capsule for adults, including women through the peri-menopausal years.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For

Suitable for: Adults taking a practitioner directed daily saffron capsule, other than while pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy.

Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; anyone taking medicine for diabetes, blood pressure or sedation, without talking to a health professional first (see Warnings); anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy, as safety in pregnancy and lactation has not been established; children, except on a practitioner's advice; and anyone avoiding an allergen, until they have checked the pack.

Ingredients

Excipients: calcium hydrogen phosphate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose.

Suggested Use

Adults: take 2 capsules daily with water. Take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, with food. The bottle holds 60 capsules, which is 30 days.

Warnings

• Safety during pregnancy and lactation has not been established. Do not take if pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant.
• Meno Soothe may affect some medications. It may increase the effects of diabetes (hypoglycaemic), antihypertensive and sedative medication.
