White Wolf Protein H2O is a clear, refreshing protein drink made with bovine collagen peptides instead of whey, so it mixes up light and fruity rather than thick and creamy. Every scoop also brings a 2:1:1 branched chain amino acid blend of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, plus glycine, L-tryptophan and vitamin C. It is a great pick for adults who find a milky shake heavy: shake a scoop into water and sip it through a session or across the afternoon.

Suggested Use
Add one scoop (23.5 g) to a minimum of 600 mL of water, adding more water or ice to taste, and shake or blend until smooth.
