This pouch contains trimethylglycine and nothing else.

- 1,000 mg of trimethylglycine in every 1 g scoop.
- 150 serves per 150 g pouch.

Betaine Anhydrous TMG
What is TMG (betaine anhydrous)?
Betaine anhydrous, also called TMG, is the plain compound your body makes and that you'll find in foods like beetroot. People usually choose it for methylation support or sports performance. We don't stock it as its own product just yet.

Is Betaine Anhydrous TMG right for you?
Common questions
Is betaine anhydrous the same thing as betaine HCl?
No. Betaine anhydrous, also called TMG, is the plain compound, usually sold for methylation support or sports performance. Betaine HCl is a manufactured salt sold to support stomach acid, and it has a different entry on Australia's permitted ingredients list. Check the label carefully, because the two names are easy to mix up.
Is betaine anhydrous TMG a TGA-permitted supplement ingredient in Australia?
The only entry we've found on Australia's permitted ingredients list under the name betaine covers use on the skin, not a supplement you take by mouth. That doesn't prove oral betaine anhydrous isn't available here, since it occurs naturally in food and could be listed under a different name, but we haven't confirmed an entry for oral use yet.
