Men's Multivitamin
What is in a men's multivitamin?
Men's multivitamins are built around what men typically need, often with zinc, magnesium and B vitamins, and usually little or no iron. Choose tablets, capsules, gummies or powders for your daily multi.

Is Men's Multivitamin right for you?
Common questions
Does a men's multivitamin need its own approval from the TGA?
No. "Men's multivitamin" isn't an entry on Australia's permitted ingredients list. Every vitamin and mineral in the blend is regulated on its own, each with its own permitted status, dose limit and label warnings. A product can be sold legally as a listed medicine once every one of its ingredients meets its own requirements.
Why do men's multivitamins often leave out iron?
Adult men generally need less iron from their diet than women who have periods, so many men's formulas are made without it. If a product does contain iron, Australian rules require the label to say it's "not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions", and above set amounts it needs a child-resistant lid.
