|---|---|
| Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) | 3000 mg |
Nothing else. There are no fillers, flowing agents, colours or flavours.
Suggested Use
Mix a quarter of a 5 mL metric teaspoon through juice or coconut water, away from meals. A level teaspoon holds 3000 mg, so a quarter teaspoon is about 750 mg. Start with an eighth to a quarter of a teaspoon to see how it suits you. Do not exceed the recommended serving without advice from your healthcare practitioner. Powders packed without flowing agents draw in moisture and can clump; break the clumps with a spoon before taking, or dissolve them in water.
Allergens
No allergens are declared for this pack. It is vegan friendly, gluten free and dairy free. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and reseal the pack after use.
Disclaimer
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Keep out of reach of children.

What is GABA?
GABA is a small molecule your body already makes, and here it's sold on its own, not in a blend. We stock it in three products: one you can buy straight off the shelf, and two practitioner-only lines we'll talk through with you first.

Common questions
Is GABA regulated as a medicine in Australia?
We haven't been able to confirm that. We couldn't find GABA on Australia's permitted ingredients list (Schedule 1), and we didn't find a permitted use for it either. That doesn't mean it's banned. It may be sold as a food ingredient, or listed under a longer chemical name. Until we've checked it against the TGA's own ingredient database, we don't make any claim about what it does.
