Description
HealthWise L-Proline is a single ingredient powder: pharmaceutical grade L-proline and nothing else, packed by weight rather than by volume, with no fillers and no flowing agents. It is unflavoured, so it stirs into water, juice or coconut water without changing the taste much, and one 5 mL metric teaspoon holds 2 g. Proline is one of the amino acids the body builds collagen from, the protein that makes up skin, tendon and cartilage, and a serve in a drink between meals adds proline to the day's intake.

Suggested Use
As a dietary supplement for general health, take up to 2 g, about one 5 mL metric teaspoon, in your favourite beverage between meals. It is often taken alongside powdered vitamin C and bioflavonoids. The powder draws in moisture and can clump; break a clump apart with a spoon, or dissolve it in water, before taking.
