What vinegars are in this collection?
There are four 500 mL bottles. Rice Wine Vinegar With The Mother is an unfiltered rice vinegar with 5% acidity, suggested for dressings, dipping sauces, quick pickles and stir-fries. Pomegranate Vinegar With The Mother is a fruity raw vinegar, also 5% acidity, for dressings, marinades and sauces. What should I check before buying?
All four product pages state that the vinegar contains sulphites, so read the pack if you are sensitive to them. The brand’s own vinegar range states that these vinegars are grown and produced in Italy, while the Mr Vitamins product pages do not state a country of origin.
