Description
Bon Ami Powder Cleanser is a mineral scouring powder for everyday household cleaning, in a handy 400 g canister. It is made mostly from limestone, with feldspar and a little disodium carbonate, and it is a simple, no-fuss shaker to keep on hand for scouring jobs around the home. Pop on gloves and eye protection before you start.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Household scouring, with protective gloves and eye protection.
Not suitable for: Contact with the eyes, as this powder causes serious eye irritation; use without protective gloves and eye protection; and children, so keep the canister out of their reach.

Faultless Brands' safety data sheet classifies Bon Ami Cleanser as "Eye Irrit. 2A", with the signal word "Warning" and this hazard statement:
Warning. Causes serious eye irritation.
Precautions from the same sheet: "Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, and eye protection." and "Wash hands, forearms, and other exposed areas thoroughly after handling."
First aid from the same sheet: "IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing." and "If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention."
