Description

Product Strengths
- Taken as a 3 g serve each day, before or after a session or at any other time that suits.
- Single ingredient powder. Creapure micronised creatine monohydrate and nothing else.
- Micronised for easier mixing, unflavoured so it can go into water or juice.
- 3 g serve, which is the standard maintenance dose used in creatine research.
- Vegan. Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients.
- Two tub sizes on this pack, 200 g and 500 g.

Creatine Monohydrate
What does creatine monohydrate do?
Creatine monohydrate fuels your muscles for short, hard efforts. Across 69 trials, it added weight to squats and bench presses, and height to vertical jumps. It's the creatine behind nearly all the research.

Is this the right creatine for you?
How the forms compare
Common questions
Is micronised creatine better than regular creatine monohydrate?
It mixes better, and that's the whole difference. Micronising mills the same crystal down to roughly one to ten microns, which gives it more surface area so it dissolves faster. No measured advantage in absorption or muscle creatine uptake has been shown. If grit is what put you off creatine, micronised solves it. If it never bothered you, standard powder does the same job.
Do I need Creapure, or is any creatine monohydrate fine?
Creapure is a branded raw material made by AlzChem in Trostberg, Germany, with a stated minimum purity of 99.9 per cent. It's chemically identical to any other creatine monohydrate, so the case for it is documented manufacturing control, not better results. That documentation matters most to drug-tested athletes and to anyone who wants a named origin on the pack.
Do you have to load creatine monohydrate?
No. In the original loading study, 20 grams a day for six days and 3 grams a day for 28 days both raised total muscle creatine by about 20 per cent. Loading gets you there faster, not higher. If you do load, split the daily amount into four serves with plenty of water, because large single doses are the usual cause of an upset stomach.
