Coco Soul is an Australian company that sources young, organic green coconuts and bottles the water and milk with no preservatives or artificial colours in the plain range, according to the brand. Coconut water is naturally high in potassium and other electrolytes, which is why it's often used for everyday hydration; coconut milk carries the fat naturally found in coconut, including medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs).

The range also includes two flavoured options — Organic Coconut Water With Dark Chocolate and Oats & Coconut Milk — which add cocoa and oats, so they won't match the "no added sugar" claim the brand makes for its plain coconut water and milk.
