Description
Chef's Choice Nuts and Seeds Muesli is an unsweetened breakfast mix of organic rolled oats with organic pepitas and sunflower seeds, almond flakes, pecans, organic shredded coconut and organic crushed walnuts, in a 485 g jar. Nothing is toasted in syrup and no sugar is added, so the sweetness is what the coconut and the nuts bring. Serve it with milk or yoghurt at breakfast, or spoon it over fruit as a topping.

Nuts & Seeds
How do I choose nuts and seeds?
Start with how you'll use them, because you'll find crunchy nuts and seeds on their own or in mueslis, granolas and snack blends, ready to mix in. Every mix is a little different, so the label tells you exactly what's in yours.

Is Nuts & Seeds right for you?
Common questions
Is nuts and seeds one ingredient?
No. It's a category that covers lots of different foods, like almonds, walnuts, chia, flaxseed and pumpkin seeds. Products usually combine a few, and the mix changes from one pack to the next. If you're after a particular one, look it up by its own name, or check the ingredient list on the label.
Are nuts and seeds regulated as a medicine in Australia?
Not as a category. "Nuts & Seeds" isn't on Australia's permitted ingredients list (Schedule 1), because it isn't a single ingredient. Nuts and seeds sold as food come under food standards law instead. Where one is used in a listed medicine, it's listed under its own name, the way almond is.
