Description
Sol Organic Grass Fed Ghee is clarified butter, made from unsalted butter from grass-fed cows and packed in a generous 685 g jar. Ghee is a kitchen favourite for frying and roasting, bringing a rich, buttery flavour to everything from roast vegetables to a simple pan fry. A spoonful in the pan is all it takes, and the large jar keeps it on hand for everyday cooking.
