Description
Primabolics GRIND is a caffeine-free pre-workout powder built around vasodilation, endurance and focus rather than stimulants. The tub holds 40 scoops of 10 g, and the label sets a full serve at two scoops (20 g). Because it carries no caffeine it can be used for late sessions, or layered under a separate stimulant product.
Product Strengths
- Covers the day's 5 g creatine serve in the same pre-training drink.
- Completely stimulant-free, so it suits evening training and caffeine-sensitive users.
- 6000 mg L-citrulline malate 2:1 with VASO6 green tea extract and potassium nitrate standardised to 66% nitrates.
- 5000 mg creatine monohydrate and 3200 mg beta alanine in the full two-scoop serve.
- 2000 mg betaine anhydrous (trimethyl glycine).
- Focus group of L-tyrosine, AlphaSize Alpha-GPC and huperzine A.

Pre Workout
What is pre-workout?
Pre-workouts are blends you take before training to get set for your session, usually built on caffeine plus a few amino acids. Some skip the stimulants entirely, so read the panel to find the blend and caffeine level that suit you.

Is Pre Workout right for you?
Common questions
Why do pre workouts vary so much between brands?
Because there's no standard formula and no single ingredient called pre workout. It's a type of product, so each brand chooses its own blend, and two tubs on the same shelf can contain completely different ingredients at completely different doses. The ingredient panel is the only reliable way to compare them, and the caffeine figure is usually the first number to look for.
Is pre workout regulated in Australia?
The product type isn't, but everything in it is. Pre workout isn't on Australia's permitted ingredients list (Schedule 1), because it's a product category rather than an ingredient. Each ingredient inside, such as caffeine, creatine and beta-alanine, has its own rules and its own warnings. Some products are sold as foods rather than listed medicines, which changes the rules again.
