One hundred per cent certified organic coconut flour.
Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Suggested Use

Coconut Flours
What is coconut flour?
Coconut flour is the coconut meat left after the milk is pressed out, dried and finely milled. Use it for baking without wheat, in gluten-free and grain-free recipes in place of wheat flour.

Is Coconut Flours right for you?
Common questions
Is coconut a tree nut?
Not for allergen labelling in Australia. Coconut isn't a true tree nut, and it isn't on the list of tree nuts a label has to declare. That doesn't make every coconut flour nut-free, though. If nuts are a problem for you, check the label for a cross-contact statement.
Is coconut flour regulated as a supplement in Australia?
No. It's a food, regulated under the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code rather than the rules for medicines. It isn't on Australia's permitted ingredients list for medicines, which is normal for a plain food ingredient, and it doesn't carry any health claim.
