Description
Macro Mike Protein Brownie Mix Double Choc is a dry baking mix built on organic raw cacao, brown rice flour, pea protein and tapioca flour, with vegan choc chunks folded through and coconut flower nectar, erythritol and stevia for sweetness. You add water or plant milk, bake it in a shallow tray and cut it into twelve pieces, so it stands in for a bought brownie or a packet brownie mix when you want a chocolate slice with a plant protein in it. The protein here is pea and brown rice rather than almond.
Product Strengths
- Makes a tray of brownies at home and cuts into twelve pieces.
- Add water or plant milk only, so it stands in for a bought brownie or a packet mix.
- Twice the choc chunks, from dairy free vegan choc chunks folded through the mix.
- Organic raw cacao gives the dark chocolate flavour.
- The protein is pea protein and brown rice protein rather than almond protein.
- Sweetened with coconut flower nectar, erythritol and stevia.
- Vegan friendly and dairy free, and it comes as the 300 g bag.
