Healthy Care Grape Seed 12000 is a grape seed (Vitis vinifera) extract capsule, with 100 mg of dry seed extract in each capsule equivalent to 12 g (12,000 mg) of dry grape seed, which is where the 12000 in its name comes from. Adults take 2 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. With 300 capsules in the pack, one bottle lasts 150 days at that dose.
