Description
Food to Nourish Choc Brownie Mix is a dry brownie mix you finish at home for a fudgy, rather than cakey, tray of brownies. Coconut sugar and almond meal lead the list, with dark chocolate drops and cocoa powder for a deep chocolate hit, and tapioca, brown rice, buckwheat and coconut flours making up the base. It is an easy bake for dessert, a lunchbox treat or a plate to share.
Product Strengths
- A packet mix, so a tray of brownies is a bowl and a bake away.
- Made for a fudgy brownie rather than a cake like one.
- Dark chocolate drops (10 per cent, with 70 per cent cacao solids) and cocoa powder (9 per cent).
- Almond meal is the second ingredient.
- A flour blend of tapioca, brown rice, buckwheat and coconut flours.
