BioCeuticals UltraHer Hot Flush Relief is a herbal complex formulated to help address multi-symptom menopausal discomfort in women. It contains Lifenol® hops extract standardised to 8-prenylnaringenin, combined with shatavari, rehmannia, sage, zizyphus, lavender oil, vitamin C, and vitamin D3, to help reduce hot flushes, relieve night sweats, and ease fatigue associated with menopause. Adults take 2 tablets once daily before bedtime.

Ingredients
Each tablet contains: Asparagus racemosus (shatavari) root dry concentrate 66.2 mg equiv. to dry root 1.1 g; Rehmannia glutinosa (rehmannia) root dry concentrate 166.7 mg equiv. to dry root 1 g; Salvia officinalis (sage) leaf dry concentrate 300 mg equiv. to dry leaf 690 mg; Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (zizyphus) seed dry concentrate 60 mg equiv. to dry seed 3 g; Humulus lupulus (hops) flower — Lifenol® — dry concentrate standardised 85 mg equiv. to dry flower 1.3 g, standardised to 8-prenylnaringenin 127.5 micrograms; Lavender oil 40 mg; Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100 mg; Colecalciferol equiv. to vitamin D3 500 IU (12.5 micrograms).
Directions for Use
Adults: Take 2 tablets once a day before bedtime, or as prescribed by a health professional.
