BioCeuticals Ultra Muscleze Night + L-Theanine is a film-coated tablet that brings together UltraMag magnesium amino acid chelate, AlphaWave L-theanine and myo-inositol in an evening serve. The bottle holds 60 tablets and the serve is two tablets at night. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and L-theanine is taken for its calming effect, and the evening serve is for people winding down at the end of the day.
