Description
Stoney Creek Organic Golden Flaxmeal is golden flaxseed that has been cold pressed to take out the oil and then ground to a coarse meal, in a 500 g pack. It has just one ingredient, golden flaxseed meal, so you know exactly what you are adding to your breakfast bowl or your baking. Start slowly, building up to one tablespoon a day, and always take it with adequate fluids.
