Description
Rule 1 R1 Whey Blend is an all-whey protein powder made from a blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein isolate. Each scoop delivers 24 g of protein, with 130 Calories and 1 g of sugars (Chocolate Fudge), making it an easy, good-value way to add protein to your day. Rule 1 now sells it simply as Whey Protein, and it comes in a wide range of flavours in 2 lb, 5 lb and 10 lb sizes.
Product Strengths

- 100% of the protein comes from whey: concentrate, isolate and hydrolysed isolate.
- 1 g of sugars and 0 g added sugars per serve (Chocolate Fudge).
- Contains naturally occurring essential amino acids (EAAs) and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) from whey.
- Available in 2 lb, 5 lb and 10 lb tubs.
- A wide flavour range, from Chocolate Fudge and Vanilla Ice Cream to Salted Caramel, Pistachio, Choc Hazelnut and more. Not every flavour is stocked in every size.

Serving Suggestion
Mix about one scoop with 180 to 240 ml of cold water, milk or your favourite beverage in a shaker cup or glass, and shake or stir until smooth. It can also be blended with fruit into a smoothie or stirred into yoghurt or oats. Scoop weight varies slightly by flavour, and the serves per pack for each size are printed on the pack.
