Description
Plant Therapy Sleep Tight Roll-On is a 10 mL roll-on holding lavender, ylang ylang, green mandarin and neroli oils with hops extract, already diluted in fractionated coconut oil. Because it is pre-diluted, it rolls straight onto the skin with no mixing or measuring. The scent is soft and sweet, with floral lavender, ylang ylang and neroli brightened by green mandarin.

- Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil.
- Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil.
- Citrus Nobilis (Green Mandarin) Peel Oil.
- Citrus Aurantium Amara (Neroli) Flower Oil.
- Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Extract.
Suggested Use
Roll a small amount onto the skin. It is already diluted, so no carrier oil is needed. External use only.
Storage
Keep the bottle tightly closed and store it in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

suggested dose
Diffuse in your favorite Plant Therapy diffuser or add a drop or two on a cotton ball placed near your pillow. For topical application, dilute to 2-3% in a carrier oil or lotion and massage into your legs and/or feet.
For a relaxing bath before bed, add 2-3 drops to your body wash or unscented shampoo and add to your bath water.
