Description
Nutrition Care NMN Brain Support pairs nicotinamide mononucleotide 125 mg with two herbs in one hard capsule: Bacopa monnieri whole plant extract equivalent to 2.5 g of the dry plant, and Rhodiola rosea root extract equivalent to 300 mg of the dry root, plus a trace of mecobalamin. The capsule shell is hypromellose, and the pack holds 60 capsules. Bacopa is traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine as a brain tonic to improve memory and cognition.
