Martin & Pleasance Harmony Menopause Max

Harmony Menopause Max is the higher potency tablet in the Harmony range, built on four herbs drawn from Chinese and Western herbal practice, Rehmannia, peony, bupleurum and chaste tree, with vitamin D3 alongside them. Each tablet carries extracts equivalent to 5 g of dried Rehmannia root and 3 g of dried peony root. It is traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve the symptoms of menopause, including hot flushes and night sweats associated with menopause.

Product Strengths

• Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve the symptoms of menopause, and to relieve hot flushes, night sweats and irritability associated with menopause.
• Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to relieve sleeplessness and to relieve tiredness.
• Vitamin D helps calcium absorption, and a diet deficient in calcium can lead to osteoporosis in later life.
• High extract loading per tablet: Rehmannia equivalent to 5 g and peony equivalent to 3 g of dried root.
• Bupleurum and chaste tree complete the herbal blend.
• One tablet twice a day, taken with water or juice before meals or at least an hour after them.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For

Suitable for: Women through perimenopause and menopause.

Not suitable for: Use in pregnancy, and anyone avoiding soya or gelatin.

Ingredients

Other ingredients: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, curcumin, dl-alpha-tocopherol, hydrogenated soya oil, hydrolysed gelatin, hypromellose, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, maize starch, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide and sucrose.

Allergens

Contains hydrogenated soya oil and hydrolysed gelatin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. It also contains sucrose. Always review label for full list of ingredients.

Suggested Use

Take 1 tablet twice a day, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.
