Fibre Boost Cold Pressed Protein Bar in Coffee Nougat is a 60 g bar built on whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate and a soluble prebiotic fibre made from corn, with almonds pressed through it and a coffee and nougat flavour over the top. It eats as a firm, chewy bar straight from the wrapper, and it sits in a bag or a desk drawer for the stretch between meals or alongside an afternoon coffee.
