Description
Hilde Hemmes Arnica Cream is a water based cream carrying a tincture of Arnica montana flower, in a 100 g tub. Because the base is water rather than an oil or a petrolatum, it rubs in quickly and leaves no greasy film, so it suits most skin types and goes on under clothing without marking it. Massage a small amount into unbroken skin, two to four times a day.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults, on unbroken skin. Most skin types.
Not suitable for: Broken skin, and anyone allergic to arnica or to other plants in the daisy (Asteraceae) family.
For external use only. Contains alcohol. Keep away from the eyes and from mucous membranes. An occasional allergic reaction can occur, so stop use if the skin becomes irritated. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use.

Suggested Use
Adults: apply to the affected area 2 to 4 times daily as required. Massage gently into unbroken skin, and wash your hands after use.
Storage
