Bladder Confidence 120 Tablets

Australian Natural Care Bladder Confidence pairs a pumpkin seed extract with a standardised soy pressed seed cake extract, and adds calcium and magnesium as amino acid chelates, all in one film coated tablet. It is taken by adult men and women to support healthy bladder function, maintain bladder health and relieve urinary frequency. The tablets are taken at a higher loading dose for the first fortnight and then at a lower maintenance dose, so it settles easily into a daily routine.

Excipients: calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hypromellose, iron oxide red, macrogol 8000, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone and titanium dioxide.

Suggested Use

Adult dose. For an initial dose, for two weeks only, take a total of seven tablets a day, which can be divided into three tablets at breakfast, two at lunch and two at dinner. Then reduce to two tablets twice daily as a maintenance dose, or take as advised by your healthcare professional.
