Description
Absolute Essential Confidence is a blend of nine essential oils in a 10 mL bottle: Rosemary Cineol, Pine Scotch, Bergamot, Cedarwood Atlas, Eucalyptus Australiana, Lemon, Fir Balsam, Juniper Berry and Lime. Its aroma is fresh and sharp, with bright citrus over pine and eucalyptus, a herbaceous rosemary note through the middle and cedarwood underneath. Use it in a diffuser or vaporiser, or dilute it into a carrier oil before it goes on the skin.
Product Strengths
- Nine essential oils in one blend.
- Rosemary Cineol, the 1,8-cineole chemotype of rosemary, is the largest component.
- Three citrus oils: Bergamot, Lemon and Lime.
- A fresh, sharp, coniferous and citrus led aroma over a cedarwood base.

Suitable For / Not Suitable For
Suitable for: Adults; use in a diffuser or vaporiser; dilution into a carrier oil or an unscented base before any topical use.
Not suitable for: Anyone with an allergy to the listed ingredients; application to or near the face of infants or children under ten years of age; sun exposure after the blend has been applied to the skin; neat application to the skin; internal use of any kind; use in or near the eyes.

Suggested Use
Use it in a diffuser or vaporiser, or dilute it into a carrier oil or an unscented base before it goes on the skin. It is for external use only and is not for internal use. Read the full directions on the pack.
Storage
Store the bottle upright with the cap closed, in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Light and warmth shorten the life of a plant oil.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Not for internal use. Avoid contact with the eyes and flush with water if contact occurs. Stop using it if skin irritation or sensitivity develops.
Absolute Essential's own guidance for citrus oils is that they are slightly photo-toxic, so sunlight should be avoided after application to the skin. This blend contains Bergamot, Lemon and Lime.
Established aromatherapy safety guidance for oils rich in 1,8-cineole is not to apply them to or near the face of infants or children under ten years of age. Rosemary Cineol and Eucalyptus Australiana are both 1,8-cineole rich.

Ingredients by volume:
Rosemary Cineol*, Pine Scotch*, Bergamot*, Cedarwood Atlas*, Eucalyptus Australiana*, Lemon*, Fir Balsam*, Juniper Berry*, Lime* (*Certified organic)
suggested dose
1. Add 5-10 drops to a diffuser, leave for 10 minutes then replenish regularly.
2. Place 3 drops on your collar or pulse points in the morning.
3. Add 10 drops to ½ cup of (any) milk then add to running bath water.
4. Add 5 drops to a wet face cloth and rub all over your body after showering. Towel dry if required.
Safety considerations:
This oil blend is safe if applied as directed. Safe to use with other medication when necessary. If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health specialist. Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
