Chef's Choice Himalayan Pink Rock Salt is hand mined rock salt from the Himalayan mountains, with nothing added to it. The crystals run from light pink to deep red, the colour coming from the mineral content of the seam. It comes as a 1 kg bag of granules for refilling a grinder or salt mill, and as a 200 g disposable grinder for the table. Use it anywhere a recipe calls for salt, in the pan and at the table.
