Filled to the brim with superfoods and nutrients, this superfood smoothie is a great start to the day for Dad and the whole family.
  • Leafy greens add numerous vital nutrients such as calcium, magnesium and vitamin C, also help the body in it's daily detoxification process
  • Maca is a fantastic superfood for endurance, energy and stamina.  Can also help to lift your energy, rebalance hormones and give the libido a bit of extra boost!
  • Live Raw Organic Greens * is a concentrated source of organic green nutrients, perfect for topping up on fresh greens to give you an extra boost and sustained energy throughout the day
  • Coconut oil provides MCT or medium chain triglycerides, fats which are a great energy source for the metabolism

1-2 cups Filtered or Mineral Water OR Almond milk OR Coconut water, chilled
2 handfuls Fresh Organic Leafy Greens e.g. Kale, Spinach, Lettuce, Parsley, Coriander (mixed is fine)
1 handful Fruit – your choice of Banana, Mango, Pineapple, Lemon, Pear, Kiwi (mixed is fine)
2 tsp Maca Powder
1 tbsp Live Raw Organic Greens*
1 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
2 tsp Chia Seeds
2 tsp Ground Flax Seeds
1 tsp Bee Pollen – to sprinkle on top after blending


  1. Place liquid of choice into blender then add all other ingredients (except bee pollen) and blend very well until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle bee pollen on top and make sure you join dad in enjoying all the benefits of your Green Powered Super Smoothie!
