True Magnesium+ is a four-in-one magnesium, zinc, glutamine and vitamin B6 powder. It is the powder formerly sold as True ZMA; the formula is unchanged and only the name has been updated. It is supplied in a 250 g pack that provides 50 serves at 5 g, mixed into cold water and taken once daily. It comes as the 250 g pack in Blood Orange, Lemon Burst, Natural and Pineapple.
