Thompson's Biotin 150mcg is a one-a-day tablet providing biotin, also known as vitamin B7 (formerly vitamin H). Biotin is a B-group vitamin that the body uses to help convert carbohydrates, fat and protein from the diet into energy and to support carbohydrate and glucose metabolism. It may be taken to help maintain general health and wellbeing.
