Thompson's Ashwagandha Complex Stress + Focus pairs two traditional adaptogenic and nootropic herbs in a single film-coated tablet. Each tablet delivers a standardised Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract alongside a standardised Bacopa monnieri (Bacopa) whole plant extract. The pack sold here is the 60 tablet bottle. Thompson's has been formulating herbal medicines in Australia since 1951, and the formula was previously sold as Thompson's Ashwagandha Complex Day.
