Thermal Switch Capsules is the capsule version of Switch Nutrition's Thermal Switch formula, a caffeinated blend of botanicals, vitamins and minerals taken as a three capsule serve. The bottle holds 90 capsules, which is 30 serves. Alongside caffeine it carries Alpinia galanga as EnXtra, green tea standardised for EGCG, Coleus forskohlii, Gymnema sylvestre, chromium, iodine, BioPerine black pepper extract, capsaicin and B group vitamins. How to Use
A serve is three capsules. Follow the directions printed on the bottle for timing and for the daily maximum, and do not exceed them. The capsules contain caffeine, so avoid taking them late in the day if caffeine affects your sleep, and count them alongside any other caffeinated food and drink.
