Switch Nutrition Organic Beef Liver is a single-ingredient whole-food capsule made from Australian organic, grass-fed beef liver. Each 2-capsule serve supplies 1000 mg of beef liver and 3.6 mcg of naturally occurring vitamin B12. The bottle holds 120 capsules, which is 60 serves.
