Switch Nutrition Lion's Mane Powder is a single ingredient mushroom powder made from certified organic, dual extracted Hericium erinaceus fruiting body. There is nothing else in the tub: no flavour, no filler, no sweetener. It is unflavoured, so it stirs into coffee, tea, a smoothie or a shake without changing the taste much, and the 60 g pack holds 60 one gram serves.

How to Use
Mix one 1 g scoop into water, coffee, tea, a smoothie or your preferred beverage. One to two serves a day is the usual pattern. Do not take more than four serves in a day and do not use continuously for longer than four weeks.

There are no other ingredients. Figures published elsewhere for beta glucan, polysaccharide, erinacine and hericenone content are not consistently published, so they are not repeated here; read the pack for the current specification.

A single ingredient mushroom powder with no declared allergens. Switch products are made in a facility that also processes wheat, tree nuts, seeds, dairy, soy, corn and fish, so cross contact is possible. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Warnings
Do not take more than four serves in a day and do not use for more than four weeks continuously. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women without supervision. Anyone with a medical condition, taking medication, or with a known sensitivity to mushrooms or moulds should speak to a healthcare provider before use.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place below 25 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight, and keep the tub sealed. Do not use a wet scoop.
