Description
Switch Nutrition Keto Switch is a drink powder built on goBHB, a branded exogenous ketone salt supplied as calcium, magnesium and sodium beta-hydroxybutyrate, with goMCT organic C8 and C10 medium chain triglyceride powder, three free form amino acids and added vitamin C, B6 and B12. It contains no caffeine and it is naturally sweetened with stevia. It comes as the 60 serve tub in Peach Mango and Pine Lime. Switch makes it for people following a ketogenic way of eating, and because it carries no caffeine it can be made up in the morning or before a session without adding to the day's stimulant load.

How to Use
Mix 1 scoop, about 5 g, with 500 mL to 700 mL of cold water. Take it on rising, before exercise, or between meals. Do not take more than one serve in any 24 hour period. Scoop weight can vary as the powder settles, so level the scoop.

Also contains citric acid, natural flavours, natural anti-caking agent (silica) and sweetener (stevia). The goMCT powder is organic C8 and C10 MCT at 70 per cent with organic acacia fibre at 30 per cent. Each serve supplies 53 kJ.
Allergens
No added gluten, dairy or soy ingredients, and the powder is vegan friendly, but it is made in a facility that also processes wheat, tree nuts, seeds, dairy, soy, corn and fish. It contains acacia fibre. Always review label for full list of ingredients.
Warnings
Not suitable for children under 15 years of age, or for pregnant or lactating women. Do not take more than one serve in 24 hours. The ketone salts contribute meaningful calcium, magnesium and sodium, so take that into account if you are on a sodium restricted diet or already taking mineral supplements.
