Orthoplex White Pure Natal is a practitioner-only, one-a-day preconception, pregnancy and lactation formulation from Bio Concepts, made to ultra-low excipient standards. Each pack contains 90 capsules featuring EXTRAfolate-S® Crystal levomefolate calcium (L-5-MTHF) alongside iron bisglycinate, iodine, vitamin D3, vitamins K1 and K2, activated B vitamins and mecobalamin.
Product Strengths
- One-a-day capsule taken with food; 90-capsule pack.
- Levomefolate calcium (EXTRAfolate-S® Crystal) providing 500 mcg levomefolic acid per capsule.
- Gentle iron (II) glycinate providing 8 mg elemental iron, with 270 mcg iodine.
- 1000 IU vitamin D3 plus vitamin K1 and naturally derived vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7).
- Activated B vitamins, including mecobalamin (B12) and pyridoxal 5-phosphate (B6).
- Gluten free, dairy free, soy protein free, sulfites free and vegetarian.

Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule daily, with food, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. Large capsule: swallow with a glass of water.
Contains iron - keep out of reach of children. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester. Contains vitamin B6: stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If you have a pre-existing thyroid condition, seek advice from your medical practitioner before taking this medicine.
Storage
Cold storage product: store at 2°C to 8°C (refrigerate, do not freeze). Pure Natal is formulated to tolerate temperature fluctuations during transit outside refrigeration and to withstand ambient room temperature for up to 2 weeks without adverse quality impact.
