Orthoplex White AdrenoSupport is a hard capsule combining five herbal extracts, of which withania is the standardised one with a full set of activated B group vitamins. It comes as the 60 capsule pack. The herbal part of the formula is rehmannia, withania, American ginseng, licorice and schisandra, each declared as an extract with its dry herb equivalent. The vitamin part uses activated forms, including riboflavin sodium phosphate, pyridoxal 5-phosphate, calcium folinate and mecobalamin. The capsule shell is hypromellose, so it is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Withania is used in Ayurvedic medicine as an adaptogen to help the body cope with stress, and the activated B vitamins are included alongside it to support the nervous system through periods of fatigue.
