Ingredients

Directions for Use

Mix 1 heaped teaspoon (5 g) into 150 mL of full cream milk or milk of your choice. Can also be mixed into yoghurt, fruit, ice cream, baking, smoothies or pancakes, or eaten straight off the spoon. To make a chocolate drink, mix 5 g with 150 mL of preferred milk and enjoy hot or cold.
