Nature's Sunshine Psyllium Hulls is a single-herb fibre capsule containing 500mg of Plantago ovata psyllium seed husk powder. Psyllium husk is a soluble fibre that takes up water and forms a gel, which is what gives it its bulking action. This 100 capsule bottle is a listed medicine on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, and the directions call for a full glass of water with every dose.
