Nature's Sunshine Lower Bowel Stimulant is a traditional herbal formula in vege capsules. It combines nine herbal ingredients, led by cascara bark, that are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve constipation and maintain bowel regularity.

Suggested Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily with at least one glass (250ml) of water, or as professionally prescribed. Drink plenty of water. Not recommended while pregnant or breastfeeding. Take two hours away from all prescription medications. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Use in children under 12 is not recommended.
